10.0L'accoglienza prima di ogni cosa, gentilissimi e davvero disponibili. La posizione strategica, il ristorante e la colazione nonché la camera davvero confortevole. Insomma siamo stati benissimo.
Lovely location, no fuss good value accommodation
6.0Beautiful countryside location, very clean, very friendly staff. This was no-fuss accommodation - good value, comfort. Breakfast was traditional Italian (lots of pastries), nice swimming pool (need to book in advance)
− This is not a complaint, but worth noting that the staff had very little English, so any requests or queries out of the norm were not possible. But lots of smiles made the interactions happy. In our room the emergency light presumably had a wiring problem which meant it kept on coming on in the night, so we needed to wear eye masks so as to sleep ok. To be fair, I didn't raise it as an issue because I had a young child with me and trying to resolve the issue in his sleeping hours would have been disruptive, so this is no fault of the hosts.

− Beim Check-In war niemand zu finden; im angeschlossenen Swimmingpool-Bereich konnte/wollte niemand unterstützen. Trotz Anwählen von mehreren Telefonnummern hat niemand reagiert. Erst nach forschem Argumentieren war der Check-In (für meine Gäste!!!) dann doch möglich - leider unprofessionell, wenngleich der Verantwortliche (Chef?) sich danach sehr bemüht zeigte!
