− Nao sei se por defeito mas o sistema implementado para aquecimento de água não é eficaz e praticamente todos os banhos foram de água fria. Mesmo tomando uma pessoa de cada vez.
It was good! The favorite part was the staff and the location of the house. Some things need to be improved.
7.0The property was located in the perfect place for a big group to enjoy the privacy. The people/staff were amazing and super accessible all the time. A lot of beds and bathrooms with a lot of space for everyone
− There were a lot of things caring for a proper cleaning. The beds for itself, despite the clean sheets, the duvet over was not clean and dusty. It needs a more deep cleanse around the other stuff too, which I recognize it can be hard since it’s such a huge space but it’s very needed (one person from the group was suffering pretty bad with allergies during the stay). The water was not hot in all of the bathrooms and no pressure in the showers too, which resulted in not so pleasant showers. Maybe provide shampoo and shower gel for the next time instead of offering only solid soap would be a good upgrade.
