10.0בחיים לא ראיתי מקום אירוח מצוחצח ונקי ברמה כזו, היה נקי בצורה מושלמת. המארחות מתוקות ממש, הנוף מדהים לאגם בולסנה, המיטות נוחות, יש אינטרנט, ארוחת בוקר מספקת, יש קפוצ׳ינו טעים, היה מושלם!

9.0Posizione e sistemazione dell'area esterna ottime. vista del lago , area colazione in vista panoramica, colazione ottima abbondante e con prodotti casalinghi. Ottima Accoglienza dei gestori.
− Per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema salire la scala (un po ripida) per accedere alle stanze. Non so se hanno stanze al piano terra.

9.0The lake view was great, the hosts were wonderfully friendly, the room was comfy and the whole place was very clean and had a homely farm-stay feel. The breakfast was delicious. There was good parking.
− We were a bit disappointed there was no shared kitchen as advertised, as we had brought a simple dinner to cook. However there was an excellent take out pizza place in Bolsena, a couple of km down the hill.
