8.0We like the location. It’s truly among nature and the river. Also it is amazingly clean, even the shared bathroom. Also guests have good manor. The host is attentive and friendly.
− The price is not reasonable, according to the facilities provided. I did not expect the shared bathroom. The bedroom is not soundproof at all we heard other guests talking, the bathroom sounds (so loud) and people snoring. The kitchen is too small for all the guest, especially in the morning.

7.0Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hat uns noch mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Kleiner Sitzplatz vor dem Haus.
− Der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Angebot. Man bezahlt wohl die Lage, weil es dort wenig Unterkünfte hat. Gleichwertige Appartements haben wir in Slowenien zur Hälfte des Preises gebucht.

9.0Communication with the host was very good. The accommodations met our expectations. Our apartment was small, but we found everything we needed. If something was missing from the kitchenette, we could borrow it from the common room and kitchen (an extra chair, a larger frying pan, etc.). The Soča River is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we were satisfied.

9.0Nice house with more rooms, all top clean and very nice owner. It’s located just next to Juliana Bike Bovec-Tolmin. Bathrooms and kitchen is shared, outside nice garden, close to Soča river. Love it and fully recommend!

9.0We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this accommodation. Everything is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and made us feel at home right away. Matic is an incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy-going host who made everything simple from start to finish. His hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable.
