Beautiful location, but accommodation a big let-down.
5.0Location was beautiful, but more remote than we anticipated.
− There were MULTIPLE inaccuracies in the detailed listing for this property. See the attached annotated screenshots. The biggest disappointment was that the sauna was not available/not working. When we asked the owner about this, he claimed he had removed it from the listing, but as you can see in the attached screenshots, it is listed as a feature. It was one of the draws for us. Additionally, when we arrived, ALL the upstairs rooms were INFESTED with "stink bugs", including bugs that had nestled under the bedding and inside the pillowcases. Now, I understand that in the autumn in a wooded area, you can expect some bugs to find their way into the house. But, for there to be SO MANY, all I can assume is that the property was "prepared" several weeks ago, and then not checked before we turned up. Our younger son refused to sleep upstairs for two nights (until we had "de-bugged" the room, and he saw it stayed that way). Our older son (who had contributed to the cost of the holiday) wanted to leave immediately and find ANYWHERE else to stay; we didn't leave, but it certainly SOURED the holiday. All the beds were VERY hard, and all the pillows were VERY fully stuffed,
