NO RESERVÉIS ESTE ALOJAMIENTO (sobre todo si vais con mascotas)

− No recomiendo nada reservar este alojamiento, sobre todo si vais con mascotas. El dueño es un sinvergüenza. Le preguntamos varias veces si podíamos ir con mascotas, y nos dijo que sí, que admitían perros con una fianza de 50€. Nuestra sorpresa al llegar allí es que la fianza era de 100€ (el doble de lo que habíamos acordado). Igualmente, le pagamos la fianza, y una semana después nos dice que los perros han mordido una silla y que no nos devolverá la fianza hasta valorar los daños. Esto es completamente FALSO, los perros han estado vigilados en TODO momento, además de que están acostumbrados a vivir en pisos y no muerden el mobiliario. Son perros mayores, ningún cachorro (para más contexto). Podríamos entender que pudiera cobrarnos un extra de limpieza si quedaron pelos (aunque limpiamos), pero SE HA QUEDADO CON LA FIANZA COMPLETA, sin ninguna justificación. Y encima nos reclama 600€ de daños! Además, el señor fue muy desagradable con nosotros a la llegada, por el simple hecho de que dos personas llegaron antes que el resto y se suponía que teníamos que llegar todos a la vez (obviamente no estábamos informados de esto). Respondiendo al comentario: se le dijo que eran más de dos perros por teléfono. Este hombre no hace más que mentir. Dice que había pelos hasta dentro de los muebles y que dejamos todo hecho un asco cuando nos pasamos la mañana limpiando entre todos y barriendo la casa. Dice que normal, 4 perros metidos en una casa: los perros no han estado metidos en la casa ni el 50% del tiempo, los hemos tenido con nosotros en todo momento y obviamente, no se han subido ni al sofá ni a la cama ni mucho menos les hemos metido dentro de muebles a dejar pelos repartidos. No voy a consentir que nos deje de cerdos cuando hemos tenido todo el cuidado del mundo, incluso a la llegada tuvimos que limpiar SUS MUEBLES del jardín porque las sillas estaban que ni para tocarlas. Aclarar de nuevo que los perros no han mordido la silla, se ve claro en la foto que mandó.
