− it's a cabin on the backyard of the main house, no hot water. bathroom and kitchen outside the room. big noise all night long due to a tree dropping nuts over the thin zinc roof.
Basic accommodation great for passing through town
6.0Roxanna and family were welcoming and sweet. Lovely little garden. Nice private kitchen and patio at the back. Close to where I needed to be for my work. Good to support local family establishment
− Seemed overpriced for what you got. No ac., dogs barking at night, dribble of cold water coming out of shower ( common in Guanacaste)

It was ok, but there were many things that could be improved.
7.0Clean and quiet.
− No air conditioning, no hot water for showers and no water pressure, and having to go outside to use the restroom. We also had to pay with cash. Also, hard to find in the dark. No address we were lucky to find it.
