10.0Respecto a las llaves, tenía que recogerlas en un cajetín con clave, pero me encontré con las limpiadoras que salían de la casa tras hacer su trabajo y me ayudaron a coger las llaves y me explicaron varias cosas respectivas a la casa. Me parecieron muy amables y profesionales. Quiero destacar y agradecer a la responsable de limpieza su amabilidad y generosidad. Uno de los integrantes del grupo de amigos se dejó un teléfono en la casa. La responsable de la limpieza le llamó por teléfono (mi amigo tenía apuntado el número en la carcasa del teléfono) y se lo envió, pagando ella los gastos de envío. Estamos muy agradecidos a esta profesional y quisieramos que también desde la empresa se le agradeciera este gesto. La casa está en mitad del pueblo, así que pudimos disfrutar de dos bares cercanos y de la tienda de comestibles.
A rustic, historical home with fantastic views but lacking in cleanliness.
7.0The view from the upstairs patio was amazing. The house is very large which made it comfortable for two families- seeing the history inside the home and wondering about what had happened inside the walls intrigued us. Also, the option to purchase wine from a local winery was a nice touch.
− The smell inside the house from the heating flooded the first floor (dining area) and we didn’t want to eat there because the smell was so strong, even with doors closed. The house wasn’t very clean either- there were tons of long black hairs in the shower and bathroom ok the second floor and also on the sheets in a few of the beds- it’s a very large house to clean but it was clear it needed some care and attention to proper cleaning. I cleaned when we got there. Another pod or two for the dishwasher would have been nice- as a group of 8, we filled the dishwasher after one meal and they only have us one cleaning pod. Also, there was no guide book or info on things like where to take the garbage to, what is in the town or ideas or recommendations- this would have been very useful-
