6.0L'accoglienza, puntuale e cordiale. Il parcheggio interno. Gli spazi dell'appartamento e la pulizia.
− In tempo medio-brevi va pensato di dotare l'appartamento di AC. In tempi brevissimi si dovrebbe pensare ad un minimo di dotazioni che non obblighino, appena arrivati, ad una corsa al supermercato; 2 bottigliette di acqua in frigo, e qualche capsula con macchinetta per il caffè mi sembrano doverose.
