Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe, die Ausstattung im Allgemeinen. Große Strandhandtücher, eine Heizung und die Decken waren ein großer Pluspunkt.

− If you arrive after dark, the path from the parking area to the house is unlit and you have a chance of tripping (as happened to our child). Also, until the yard dogs get used to you, they will approach and bark at you — harmless, but for someone not accustomed to this it can be unsettling. Although it states that hygiene products are included, we only found an empty bottle of liquid hand soap and a used bar of soap. There was no dish sponge. The house in the photos looks somewhat secluded, but in reality there are two houses almost wall to wall. The washing machine does not exist in the rented property — it may be in another outbuilding, we didn’t look further and were not informed — so we ended up going to a local laundromat. Traces of damp, dark and poorly lit rooms. The yard and pool area are a joke. We can hide behind the word “rural,” but in reality it is simply an unkempt yard with outdated furniture where it is clear that not even a minimum of interest has been invested. We originally booked for 5 people, with the 5th person required to pay 15 euros per night upon arrival (according to their policy). In the end only 4 of us came; the host did not need to bring an extra bed — they simply placed a towel on a kitchen sofa. At the end of our stay, we were told that 60 euros would be withheld from the 200-euro deposit for the 5th person who did not show up, on the grounds that these are their terms and conditions and those of Booking. We later read and researched the matter — nowhere does it state that a fee is charged if the additional person does not show up; it only states that additional persons will pay 15 euros per night at check-in. After being informed of the charge for the 5th person who never arrived, we became somewhat skeptical of the host, so we also read the printed house rules, where we noticed a 40-euro charge if the rubbish is not taken to a public bin — something not mentioned on Booking.com and not communicated at check-in.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man in die Berge möchte und trotzdem nah an der Stadt und am Strand sein will. Die Besitzer waren immer erreichbar und bemühen sich zur Zeit sehr, das Anwesen attraktiver zu gestalten. Im Hochsommer ist das Haus bestimmt super, weil es drinnen kühl ist und man schnell am Strand ist. Es ist abseits des Tourismus und daher sehr ruhig.

− Das Haus ist ziemlich dunkel und nicht so gemütlich, sodass man nicht so gern viel Zeit drinnen verbringen möchte. Da wir sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten, war das wirklich ein Problem. Uns haben außerdem die frei laufenden Hunde (und der Hundekot auf sem Grundstück) gestört, man sollte auf jeden Fall keine Angst vor Tieren haben. Es wurden außerdem ohne Vorwarnung unheimlich laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt und das Tor gestrichen ohne einen Hinweis sodass wir beim Öffnen des Tores unsere Klamotten verdreckt haben, was sehr ärgerlich war. Auf den Fotos sind alle Häuser abgebildet, sodass man nicht wirklich weiß, welches der Häuser damit übereinstimmt.

Letos jsme pro zimní dovolenou s dětmi, místo týdne lyžování v Alpách, zvolili cestu na Tenerife. Vybírali jsme místo, kde bychom unikli dovolenkovým resortům i městu a nechtěli jsme ani do hotelu. Máme raději pobyt v přírodě, ale přitom dobrou dostupnost, pokud je potřeba nakoupit nebo dojet do města. Zkoumali jsme mapu i nabídky, kterých bylo opravdu mnoho. Zvolili jsme toto ubytování a musím říci, že jsme měli opravdu šťastnou ruku. Všechny výše uvedené aspekty naše volba nejen splnila, ale v mnohém dalece předčila. Když k tomu přičtu velkou ochotu ze strany majitelů, soukromí, velmi hezké okolí a dobrou dostupnost pláží, hor i města, nelze opravdu nic vytknout. Naopak pobyt těm, kteří mají priority nastavené stejně jako my, mohu tuto volbu jedině doporučit. Majitelům touto cestou ještě jednou děkuji a těším se, že se k vám budem moci zase někdy vrátit.

Estar en plena naturaleza y estar cerca de la ciudad y playa y contar con unas instalaciones preciosas y buenos anfitriones que más puedo decir. Recomendable 100 x 100
