8.0Espaço exterior, o barbeque estava partido, mas qd exposto ao proprietário foj substituído
− A limpeza muito fraca, o apartamento precisa de manutenção, no primeiro duche a base não escoava a água, tivemos que desentupir o ralo que se encontrava completamente obstruído. Móvel do quarto partido, dá um aspeto de desleixo. Falta uma torradeira e as TV fracas pois tinham apenas 7 canais analógicos, um dos comandos não funciona. A piscina não é de água salgada e não tem qualquer iluminação à noite, está a precisar de limpeza/manutenção.

Excelente para uma escapadinha
10.0Bom ambiente, os quartos são espaçosos e a cozinha que é partilhada, para quem está nos quartos, tem tudo, não falta nada. Nos estúdios tem mesmo tudo a nível de equipamentos. Piscina com água excelente.

− Tal como se ve nas fotos inexplicavelmente a ficha esta pegada ao interruptor á cabeceira da cama e pode existe um perigo iminente de acidente grave para os clientes
