9.0Dom położony w ustronnym i spokojnym miejscu, idealnym dla osób ceniących prywatność. Willa optymalna dla rodziny 2+2. Ogromny ogród dający poczucie dyskrecji. W okolicy piekarnia i dwie dobre restauracje.

10.0La Villetta è situata in zona tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile, circondata da un grande e bel giardino. Trovandosi in collina, offre un'ampia vista che spazia fino a Gallipoli e lungo la costa. La grande veranda è luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax, fare colazione o cenare. Comodissimo il parcheggio, ombreggiato. La Villetta si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere, in auto, numerose località del Salento. L'interno della casa è fresco e accogliente, c'è un efficiente condizionatore d'aria. La cucina è attrezzatissima, non manca nulla. Ottima connessione wifi. E il proprietario è estremamente gentile.
