9.0The location is outstanding. The views from pool and house are out of this world. Possibly the finest from anywhere I have stayed. The area is lovely, Atri in particular and the beach is only 20 minutes away.
− Very little to complain about. I would suggest a house manual or instruction book would be helpful. The door locks need explaining for example.

10.0We had a wonderful stay with 4 friends. The house is very comfortable with a lot of privacy and the huge porch is the perfect hangout to enjoy the amazing view. The whole surrounding area is stunningly beautiful.
− It was all perfect, but just some little tips. The kitchenware could be a bit better equipped (not a big deal, but just some some small(er) plates and deep ones for pasta (there was only 1 left), a bigger frying pan and a vegetable peeler would have come in handy)) We had problems closing the door with the key (we never figured out the system). For the rest all happy.
