− A notre arrivée, aucune indication et de signalisation de réception. Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de points d'accueil nous a induit en erreur à notre arrivée. Nous avons cherché et tourné plusieurs fois avant d'être reçu par quelqu'un.

10.0Wir hatten den schönsten Aufenthalt im Santa Chiara! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, weitläufig und bietet einen tollen Poolbereich. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Küche im Restaurant exzellent. Man fühlt sich so gut aufgehoben, ist Instant entspannt und kann abschalten. Auch unsere 3 jährige Tochter hat den Aufenthalt Dank ausreichend Platz und Pool sehr genossen, alle sind so bemüht und kinderfreundlich, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
