− Driveway is a little steep on a gravel road but can manage with FWD
Beautiful house perfect for a large group. Be aware that lack of air conditioning makes the house very warm in summer
9.0Beautiful spacious house perfect for our extended family. Kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable and plenty of cutlery and dishes for our size group. Grill and smoker were perfect and so was hot tub.
− Lack of air conditioning. We knew that when we rented but it was still very warm even with fans, at night it didn’t cool down inside the house until after midnight.

10.0Our stay at Altamont Lodge was wonderful. We had a group staying for a birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for all 10 adults and a baby! The house was immaculate and the lawn was beautiful. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals including spices, oils, and cookware.
