10.0The premises are excellent and the hosts very nice, is the perfect location for a relaxing few days away. Easily reachable from the motorway, is within a 30 minutes drive from several locations, such as towns to visit (e.g Udine, Pordenone), the seaside, the mountains.

10.0wow what an amazing surprise. we booked this as a on-the-way hotel during our trip, stayed two days. Just perfect for relaxing. if I wasn’t already married I would consider doing it here.
− be aware there is no restaurant, but a few very good ones within 20 min drive. staff has great recommendations.

Lovely property but not much to do in close proximity

− location was not great as car was needed to get to restaurants and shops. There is no dinner service on site. The ground floor room didn’t smell great.
