1.0− I canceled 2 of my 5 rooms, but they canceled the entire booking. I didn’t know until we showed up at the hotel and they told us that they didn’t have rooms for us and were fully booked. They even tried to make it sound like it was our fault. It was ridiculous and unacceptable. Almost ruined our entire trip. Luckily we found another place, but it was obviously much more expensive and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
