Insgesamt schönes Haus mit den beschriebenen Mängeln!
7.0− Schlechte Reinigung insbesondere im Aussenbereich. Trotz Reklamation keine Reaktion. Zahlreiche Hundehaufen im Aussenbereich. Reinigung innen auch nicht optimal. Hinter jedem Schrank befand sich, wenn man ihn vorgezogen hatte, Restmüll und jede Menge Staub. TV im EG noch ein Sony Bravia aus den 90‘er Jahren und im OG sogar noch ein Röhren-TV, echt unglaublich. Spülmaschine massiv verkalkt so dass auch kein Klarspüler mehr half! Holztisch Aussenbereich massiv defekt und Stühle ebenso beschädigt und verrostet.
