− El estropajo de la cocina debería ser nuevo para cada visitante. Por lo demás todo estupendo. Piscina peña pero perfecta para ir con niños
A perfect place to relax and recharge
10.0Everything was amazing; the room, the views, the pool, and the host. The grounds are beautiful. A perfect location for a peaceful getaway. Louisa was so helpful with suggestions of where to eat and where to shop. We didn’t have our own transport (we were staying here as the accommodation for a wedding we were attending at nearby Quinta de Eira was fully booked) and were tired from our journey when we arrived. Louisa very kindly dropped us into town to shop and organised a taxi for our return. We were very fortunate that we were the only guests staying at the time, so had the place to ourselves for 3 nights. We felt so rested and relaxed and ready to go on to stay in Porto for the rest of the week. The grounds are currently being extended, so there is some light construction work at the moment, but it didn’t affect our stay.
− We had a few issues with the automatic door locking system. We couldn’t enter our property one night after returning late from a wedding at Quinta de Eira. Our door code wasn’t working. We called Louisa and she resolved the issue quickly.
Good to know
In-Person Check-in: Available with our staff until 18:00 (6 PM), unless a different time has been previously agreed upon with the owners or management.
Self-Check-in: After 18:00 (6 PM), guests can easily access the property using our self-check-in system. Detailed instructions will be sent via WhatsApp or Booking.com. We kindly ask that you review these instructions carefully before calling us for assistance.
After-Hours Support: While we will do our absolute best to respond to messages and calls after 18:00 (6 PM), we kindly ask you to be mindful of our staff's rest hours. Please avoid calling during late-night hours (between 22:00 and 08:00), except in the event of a vital emergency.
Check-out: Strictly at 11:00 AM, unless a late check-out has been explicitly arranged in advance with the owners or management. Unapproved late check-outs will incur an automatic charge of €50 per hour.
Kitchenette Use: All our rooms are Garden Suites featuring a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests are kindly expected to leave the kitchenette tidy and in good condition upon check-out. Leaving the kitchenette excessively dirty or neglected will result in an additional minimum €30 fee.
