8.0a casinha de pedra fica bem próxima às piscinas naturais de Biscoitos e ir até lá é um passeio lindo, caminhando pelo meio das das vinhas antigas; além disso, é perto do Museu do Vinho, de padaria e de supermercado; a casa é bem completa, o banheiro/chuveiro é lindo! tem máquina para lavar e secar roupa
− a cozinha necessita de revisão da iluminação acima do fogão (que também tinha só uma boca funcionando), mas isso não impediu de fazermos nosso jantar; logo que abríamos a casa sentíamos cheiro forte de fumaça de cigarro, deve estar impregnado nas cortinas, mas após um tempo da casa aberta, o cheiro melhorava
