Unsatifactory due to false information from Booking.com and the high price I paid for a room
5.0Not included
− Room was not as booked, booked king room with balcony. Room was very small double with 1 chair and no table ,ground floor facing the car park. Had to keep curtains closed to prevent other guests viewing our room interior. Not what we paid £409 for,no rooms had balconies. I feel it was not what we booked and was sold under false description, under the circumstances I would expect a refund. We left one day early as my wife was so upset. The Inn was fine but the booking.comdescription was false as no rooms had balconies and the room was not King size which I expected for over £100 per night. I await your reply with interest. Great staff and lovely food. Hotel needs a refurb but this did not spoil our stay.
7.0The staff and food were amazing.
− The room was advertised with a balcony which it did not have and the hotel informed me that none of the rooms have balconies so this needs changing in the advert. the room was also advertised that it overlooked and you could see the lake/river. You could not. All in all it was a lovely stay though.
