− the aircon was dripping in the courtyard and made the place wet, also there was no water pressure in the second bathroom for a shower, the thermostat was difficult to control

10.0This is our second time at Villa Smaragda and we couldn't be happier! For a family of six, there is so much room to relax, watch sunsets, and enjoy the gardens. Perfectly located between Areopoli and Limeni - this villa truly has it all!

Perfect location close to Areopoli with breathtaking views.
8.0The view from the villa was absolutely spectacular. Morning, noon and night it took your breath away. The large living and dining area was perfect for 6 people. The outdoor space was also wonderful.
