10.0The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The property is pretty and serene. A good central spot to spend a couple nights.Highly recommended for families with young kids. Uliana was a welcoming , obliging and kind host who prepared our breakfast accordingly. Excellent value.

10.0The apartment located at wonderful garden in a very beautiful area and very peacefull and quiet. The apartment fully equiped and has everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable.Breakfasts are excellent. The hosts Uliana and her husband are very helpful. We enjoyed this apartment very much. Highly recommended.

− The only downside is that the access to the kitchen and bathroom is through one of the bedrooms.

Cozy, friendly and interesting.
10.0Really cozy home, with a green yard and quite surroundings. Great host Uliana was very friendly, and gave us great advice for travel in the area. The entire family was super friendly. The location is great for exploring the surroundings of Kutaisi, and very near to Tsqaltubo places of interest. Nice restaurants and bakeries within a short drive. The house (apartement) itself is very spacious, with comfortable beds, bathrooms, shower and kitchen. Washing machine was very handy. Uliana also does tour guiding, and provides cooking classes. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer!
