Luxury hotel with fabulous staff!
10.0A fabulous long weekend in a lovely hotel. The hotel and gardens were beautiful. The restaurant top class but it was the service that really stood out. We were always met each day with a smile and genuine interest in our day. Particularly want to recognise Rose for her friendly and professional service at breakfast, to Grace on reception and Toby at dinner. The work ethic and positivity of these young people are a real credit to themselves and a great endorsement for the quality of the hotel

− Rooms hot with no air con or fan available. Couldn’t get any UK channels on the TV.
Nice hotel but wouldn't use again
5.0Staff were friendly, we arrived early for checking in so had sandwiches and wine on the lawn, this was pleasant , however the gardener was mowing the lawns which at times was noisy but didn't spoil the atmosphere.
− There was no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, no fridge and no safe which were disappointing there was also no face cloths in the bathroom so had to use a towel to wash with.
