Rural accommodation with a lovely family
10.0Extreñwmy helpful and friendly family, great view on the lake, awesome rural setting. If you want to leave foe a few days as Peruvian farmers would. Then this is the place. You need to be aware of what this impliees: : limited network, no heating (but warm beds), quite remote from everything (including ATM) Simion and is family will do all they can to make it lively and a great experience. Our daughter had severe altitude issue and we could rely on the great support and comprehension of the family.
− Make sure you come with the sufficient amount of cash and if it is winter, appropriate warm clothing. Dont forget a good book!

Nice Hospedaje in an authentic setting
10.0This hotel is authentic, our triple room had flair and was overlooking the yard. The couple taking care of us was very warm and accommodating, especially with the meals, as it was one vegetarian person in the family. We stood 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The food was every day different and plenty. The price for the meals is different, it depends if it is vegetarian, it contains cheese, or fish or meat. Lake Titicaca is a flight of stairs away an there is a nice beach and clear water to take a dip (water temperature 10-12 degree). There are nice walks on the hills nearby to viewpoints and small ruins.
− The toilet didn't have toilet seat At the end we had to pay more for the accommodation, different than the booked price. We could not understand the reason for this as we didn't speak Spanish and the mobile connection there is patchy to help with Google Translator.
