La amabilidad de los dueños, el paisaje, la ubicación, la tranquilidad del lugar.

− Hacía demasiado calor y olía a cerrado, todas las habitaciones tenían ventilador, pero no es suficiente para esa época. Si abrías para ventilar se llenaba de mosquitos.
