10.0The location is superb. Calm, on the hillside, with nice views and Javornik within walking distance. There are terrasa and gazebo for grilling. Also a lot of playground stuff for children. The wellness part is amazing, the hot tube with hydromassage is big and can accommodate up to five six people. Sauna is more on the small side and not the usual Finnish sauna, more like an infrared sauna. Living room has working fireplace to have cosy atmosphere. Kitchen either small but has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. So you will have a nice sleep. In total it's a nicely equipped house for spending time with the family or group of friends. The hostess is open to any inquiries. So I recommend going there.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that electricity charges are not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (9 CZK/kWh).
