Private villa in good area
9.0The home is very nice, it's a bit dated but it is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and there's an outdoor bbq area as well. Inside is small and cozy, bathroom clean and long stays would work because everything you need is included. The outdoor area is spacious, beautiful pool, comfortable lounge chairs with cushions, plenty of seating for meals. The location is excellent, 5 minutes by car or walk 20 minutes to the center of the town. Complete privacy. Host was very friendly, helpful, offered tips and gave good instructions.
− While the location is excellent, a bit away from the town, it is not necessarily quiet. There are many many dogs in the area, barking all day and night. We used background music to block out the barking in the evenings and it was fine. You can also hear neighbors during the day and at times, there was some construction at the far end overlooking the fields. It's very private but it is not totally quiet. In

At sidde og se på den smukke solnedgang og hører græshopper var bare så skønt. 🌄 Vi har nydt den udsøgte mulighed for, at kunne plukke appelsiner🍊🍊🍊 direkte fra træet og drikke den lækreste appelsinjuice....så vi giver bedst også 100%👍👍👍 Vores vært var bare så hjælpsom og da vi ankom fik vi gennemgået hele hus 🏠. Kommunikation gik også fint via Whatsapp selv om mit spanske er ikke eksisterende og hans engelsk ligeså😎😎😎 Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen👍👍👍

− There is no airconditioning, only ceiling fans so there is very hot inside the house.

8.0Overall a very nice small villa. Having a car is essential as Alhaurin has some really steep climbs. Juan was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and the pool was in excellent condition.
− Nothing really. The country lane where the villa is situated is a bit broken up but overall the villa was really nice and very clean
