7.0The view from the balcony was amazing. I liked takeling my coffee up in the morning and lookong over the city.

5.0The location was easy access to town and other areas we needed to be.
− Very noisy, lots of slamming doors and kids running up and down halls.
Terrible - left early

− No heating, dirty doona, soft mattress, awful staff, lower standard than a pub or a hostel.
Never going back
2.0No breakfast available, the whole experience was embarrassing.
− All that was available was an already opened long life milk in the fridge. No soap in shower.
