1.0− Le lit est cassé et grince bruyamment à chaque mouvement. La table de chevet est couverte de poussière et la lampe de chevet est brisée à différents endroits. Le petit déjeuner (indiqué dans le descriptif des lieux comme comprenant pain maison, viennoiseries et jus d'orange pressées) comprend en réalité une bouteille de jus de marque Aldi, pas de pain maison et pas de viennoiseries. La vaiselle était sale (crasse dans un verre, tache de café non lavée sur le plateau du petit déjeuner, etc.) La serviette de bain était trouée. La poubelle pour les Pmc est un sac en papier posé au sol. Les lieux sont très bruyants : on entend toutes les conversations des propriétaires dans la chambre. Enfin, la chambre ne se trouve pas dans le bâtiment dont la photo figure sur le site ( au numéro48) , mais dans la petite maison à côté.
