Small unpleasant surprises that could have been avoided if clearly mentioned when booking the property
5.0Location and the villa is just beautiful
− There was no shampoo, body cream, not even soap. One big bottle of body wash. For spa city and superior room with a bath tub & sauna, it’s really not ok… it’s not mentioned anywhere that for bath gowns, slippers and swimming pool towels you need to pay extra EUR 15 per persoon. We could have taken them from home but if you look at photos, you see them hanging in the room. That was disappointing. The towels from the room you are not allowed to take to the swimming pool. Without a towel you are not allowed to enter a swimming pool, so in the end you pay for the facilities you cannot use unless you buy extra things on place.
