9.0Ótima localização, próximo a Avenida Brasil ( com suas lojas e bares), próximo a um grande mercado e próximo ao Terminal Urbano. Ponto de ônibus próximo. Local tranquilo, quarto confortável, bem equipado ( geladeira, fogão, microondas, SmartTv). Oferece amenidades de banho. Anfitrião muito atencioso
− o único senão é que o ar condicionado/aquecedor apresentava um barulho que impedia de deixá-lo ligado, mesmo estando bastante frio.

− Pas d'eau chaude. L'équipement très rudimentaire de la kitchenette.
Me senti a vontade,e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

10.0Ótima localização, cercados por restaurantes, cafeterias, farmácias, supermercados, bancos e lojas. Fácil acesso por Uber, e transporte público. De 15 a 20 minutos da Ponte da Amizade (Paraguai). Senhor Nilton nos recebeu muito bem e nos deu dicas do que fazer na cidade com um mapa explicativo. Super recomendo a estadia.
− O ponto negativo só foi o barulho durante a noite/madrugada por conta de uma casa de festa/pub bem em frente.
