1.0Bei der Ankunft hat sich beim Läuten an der Haustür lange keiner gemeldet. Ein Gast hat aus dem Fenster gerufen, dass der Host schläft (19:30 Uhr). Die Ankunft wurde mit der Uhrzeit im Vorfeld per Mail angekündigt. Im Hausflur und Eingang überall Unordnung und erstes Erscheinungsbild wirkt schmuddelig. Im Zimmer Spinnenweben und vertrocknete Flüssigkeitsreste an den Bettrahmen, Bettzeug ist alt und wirkt nicht frisch und im Gemeinschaftsbad schmutziger ungepflegter Allgemeinzustand. Gastgeber musste ausgefragt werden über Good-to-nows und der Frühstückspreis wurde mündlich als doppelt so teuer wie auf der Webseite angepriesen. Die Haustür hat einen Defekt und muss abgeschlossen werden damit sie schliesst, d. h. im Notfall gibt es hier keinen Fluchtweg ! Ich habe den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und den Schlüssel im Briefkasten deponiert, da es keine Check-out-Box oder Info gab. Schade, denn die Altstadt von Pratteln ist in dieser Lage ein Traum - tolle Lokale, das Aquabasilea in Reichweite und eine gute Zuganbindung für Ausflüge ins Umland.

10.0I had a very good stay at B&B Tomsi. And I felt very comfterble being there. The room was great and perfect for me as I was there for work, and so was all the facilities at the place. The included breakfast was very good !! In case I had any questions regarding my stay in Basel in general- Dominik was avaliable to help with a solution. Its very easy to get there from the center of Basel and close to the Prattlen Station. Very safe at night - I had to get from the St. Jakobs Halle late at night everyday at my stay since I was covering the Eurovision Song Contest so it was good to me, that it was comfterble to walk from the station at night since I was by myself.

8.0− Shades on the windows were like no shades at all. Sun shined through very bright in the morning. Other, everything was very good and the host was lovely, but just note that the shared bathroom is on a different floor.

Great stay in a comfortable place, excellentiy located in Basel area.
10.0Excellent location. Very nice and helpful host, respectful to the traveler's privacy. Exquisitely furnished room that was shiny new and clean. Exceptionally quiet place. Continental breakfast from Swiss products was wonderful. I would happily come again and I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to explore Basel and the area, do some nice hiking, or go to the concert at Z7 concert hall.
