10.0This is a very nice property in a quiet residential area. Our room was in the loft with a full bed on the bottom of a bunk and a full on the top. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well designed and clean. The private bathroom had a jucuzzi tub! Sam is a great host; the breakfast was individually prepared and delicious. He is also helpful about the area. There is a ping pong table as well. There is a nice lake across the road. The only thing to be aware of if you stay in our room is that it is open to the downstairs as it is a loft. This didn't bother us but there is a little lack of privacy.

10.0Amazing breakfast. The husband and wife were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Was great to be able to have a window open and listen to the crickets at night. Wish i would have been able to arrive earlier and enjoy the seating area in the yard. Highly recommend

10.0Owner was very accommodating and did a great job walking us through the building. Bed was very comfortable. I’m new to staying in a B&B but it felt strange that there was another couple in the bedroom next to us - we could hear them talk and had to share a bathroom with them.

10.0This was a pleasant stay. The owner of the property actually makes fresh breakfast for his guests. Our stay was just for a night but it was very pleasant. Yeh rooms are very clean and so are the common areas. The fresh breakfast was the highlight of our stay! The owner Sam and his wife live on the lower level of the house and are very nice and sweet people.
