10.0Very friendly owner.. room lovely. Peaceful rural location. 15/20 minute walk from nearest pub/shop/takeaway. Lovely place to sit outside even if weather not nice as covered.

Very pleasant and quiet room with a comfortable bed and a very welcome shower. Friendly host.
9.0The location suited me very well as I am walking the King Charles coastal path and it is conveniently between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes. It was a very well appointed room with bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to have access to an outside seating area
− Very little I didn't like! I appreciate that this won't apply to everyone but I arrived (and departed) on foot which meant I had to carry everything I needed. There are places in the village (a mile away) for an evening meal, but it would have been nice to have had the option of breakfast. Given that wasn't an option available (and I was too tired to walk into the village and back at the end of the day) it would have been helpful to have had a mini fridge. To be fair, I was there in a heatwave.

8.0Very clean, everything you need, I found the bed a little hard but my partner liked it, bedding and towels very good quality. Check I. And check out quite restrictive but we managed.
