Exactly what I was looking for.
9.0Tannia was very receptive and responsive. The breakfast was simple but, fine. The room is large with other amenities and was more than adequate. It is in a very quite and safe neighborhood, and a couple of blocks from centro.
− Having a key for the gate would be good. It's an inconvenience to have to say when you are returning, or that you don't want to return too late so that you are not bothering the hostess.

9.0Spacious room, clean, comfortable. The owner is super nice and helpful (gave good advices and restaurant recommendation and let me store my luggage in the room pasted check-out time). Also very patient because I don't speak Spanish and had to use Google translate. The breakfast is good. Location is fine, walkable distance from restaurants.
− Walls are thin, you can hear the TV or the person snoring from the other room.
