− They asked me to pay for parking on line, but parking was free. Feel that was a scam
Great location, worth a stay. It's more an airbnb than a hotel with no staff on site.
9.0Room and decor very pleasing. Plenty of space and great location.
− The parking was a little stressful as the notes said park in the space related to your room number. There were no numbers so we weren't sure we were in the right place. Also the entrance code box was unreliable and gave anxiety when trying to get into the building.

− Nell'hotel non c'è nessuno. Il parcheggio pagato in anticipo non è disponibile quando arrivi la sera, occupato da estranei che abbiamo dovuto far spostare con l'aiuto di un addetto alla reception di un albergo vicino. I numeri dei posti auto non esistono. Segnalato il problema alla struttura con messaggi, non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Il telefono sembra staccato o numero inesistente La stanza è tutta apparenza: arredamento scenografico ma polveroso e sporco, bagno enorme ma senza la possibilità di appoggiare nulla. Eravamo nella camera numero 1 direttamente sulla strada, le finestre non chiudono bene e al mattino presto non si riesce più a dormire per la luce eccessiva che passa dalle tende "oscuranti". La colazione è in autogestione, da ostello. Peccato che il prezzo non sia da ostello. La cosa peggiore è la mancata risposta ai messaggi quando un ospite ha bisogno.
This pleasant three night’s stay was our first stop on a truly great trip.
9.0Loved the historic structure and the fact that it was in the very heart of the city. Our room was on the very first floor, which helped with the luggage and the bathroom was enormous. I was pleased that there was reserved parking for guests right outside the door.
− As with all properties on booking.com, it should be explained the style of breakfast which is available, i.e. continental, hot, etc. We did have to leave and find options for a more substantial breakfast. I know that Americans probably eat too much at breakfast.
