Fabulous host and accommodation.
9.0Host Gary was incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough. We had everything we needed and loved our stay. Would highly recommend as a base to explore the city if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter than the centre.

8.0Warm welcome even though I was later than expected and very friendly host. It was nice to have someone to exchange a few words with. I liked the decor of the room which was spacious and well equipped. Great, secure parking. Location was good for me and ideal for visiting Speke Hall and taking the tour to the Beatles' homes. Breakfast provided offered a big choice. The fridge was useful. Bed very comfortable.
− I would have liked a more comfortable armchair for relaxing in during the evening. I have back issues and found the Lloyd Loom style chairs a bit challenging. Perhaps some information about the local area would have been helpful.
