10.0This is a beautiful old building and a working farm. It was 15-20 minutes from Leamington. My room was huge with an epic sized bed. Thank you for the tea and cake when I arrived and for helping me given a seriously crocked leg.

Great hosting in a beautiful historic house.
10.0Beautiful setting. This historic house was comfortable with lovely restful decor. Excellent facilities, we sleep well despite it being in the midst of a heatwave. Sara was a great host. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked, and very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was good too as we could walk easily to a choice of pubs to eat.
