1.0Reservation was cancelled around 5.30pm on booking day when about to check in. Very disappointing. I was stuck with my family and three kids. Luckily managed to find a alternative accommodation by myself.

Avoid if possible.
1.0− surrounded by local drug dealers, house not up to standard. Once the engineers had left early due to the drug dealers trying to enter the property , we asked for 1 night refund. Not one apology only blaming the guys for asking the drug dealers to enter the property. We were then blamed for mess that the guys did not make ( video sent which did not match how it actually was. Paid an additional £100 cleaning bill as they would not return a wallet that was left until we had, then they tried to send us a bill for a chipped door £150, funnily enough the bills were to their own company Burnley Properties LTD, we refused to pay this bill 🙄🙄
