− Common Kitchen is not so clean (especially waste bin ) No signage indicated on building. Difficult to find. Common bathroom shower is damaged.

Amazing stay from start to finish! Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! The property was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and everything met our expectations. Highly recommended!

− I paid for a room but got something completely different and not even listed on booking. When I told the person managing the property that this is not the room I paid for, he was rude telling me if I don’t like it I can go and he will refund me (which he saw on ring camera that I’m with my luggages struggling and I’m not going to păi another 50£ for a taxi, telling me blsh that I am not allowed to come with more than one luggage and other irrelevant crap just to try to intimidate me. It’s one thing to give a dirty room, another is to lie to people about services you provide.

− The room was not the room advertised. The bed only had a mattress topper, no mattress. Appears to be a half-way house to be honest. Unpleasant food smells in whole kitchen area. It seemed that this was someones own house, with many people living out of rooms. Facilities were not the cleanest and badly maintained. Lights flickered throughout the night. Un-secure, front and back doors left wide open at night, key code deemed useless. Recieved one hand towel sized towel between 2 people only. No bath sheet. There was blood on the duvet. No curtain just a slatted blind. No staff present the whole visit. Fag ends all over garden. Paper thin single pillow each along with throw cushions which were dirty. Extremely uncomfortable bed which could be moved with 1 finger, bad quality build. Someone else's deodorant and book left under bed, unhoovered. Very noisy bedframe. Very cheap, may have just about been worth it, if we had been able to get a proper night's sleep. Would not stay here again, we spent a lot more money than necessary due to not wanting to spend any time in our hotel room. Greatful we went out the area and enjoyed ourselves elsewhere.

Tiny towel and poor communication

It was close to where we needed to go

− 1st the owner decided to randomly text me on whatsapp a couple days before. Booking.com has a messaging service. But even so he only asked me how I was doing and told me I had made a bo oking… I had made this bookingl months ago. When I arrived at the property at 4pm to check in (inside the checking in window) the door is wide open, we walk through and cannot find anyone, the owner did not answer the phone for 15 minutes. When he eventually answered my texts he just told me the code for the already open door and what room number we were in. Key was on the bed. He doesn’t answer booking.com messages. The one towel he gave the two of us was basically a bath mat, not even a towel. It was actually a hand towel. Honestly I’ve stayed in a lot of places with shared bathrooms and cheaper rooms but this has to be the worst. All because of communication and giving us a hand towel.
