− Room could have been cleaned better and it was looking very tired

− Not keen on the fact the bathroom flooded when taking a shower but the slugs that appeared at night seemed to benefit
Lovely grounds, room clean and staff were lovely.

Nice, clean and functional accommodation right on the edge of a golf course.
9.0The bedroom doors open directly onto the golf course, which makes it feel like one very large beautiful back garden! Nature is literally on your doorstep and they come as an army of bunny rabbits! I have seen foxes and muntjac deer there before, all lovely! The Sports Bar upstairs has some good menu choices and not just the staple pub grub! Great atmosphere also. The place is quite busy especially at weekends but has a nice buzz to it. The staff are very helpful and professional. My accomodation had everything I needed for my short stay.
− Not much if only that breakfast could be available earlier than 8am perhaps for early risers like myself..?
Great place for a overnight stay, lovely food available in the upstairs bar
9.0They let us have the key to our room early even though we hadn’t checked in yet, we were going to a gig at Knebworth and this was really helpful
− A little noise from the bar upstairs but as England were playing in the quarter finals of The World Cup, perfectly understandable
