8.0Lovely house, set back from the road in its own pretty walled garden. Phyl & Al the owners are so nice, very helpful & welcoming; allowing us to park before check in time so we could walk to our lunch party. They have thought of everything & gave us tips on places to go & how to find them. And a delicious continental breakfast is served to your room! We had read this but forgot, so it was a lovely surprise. And Deal is a gem of a place!
− Our room overlooked the main road & due to the heatwave we had the window open, so it was noisy in the morning. But a fan had been thoughtfully provided as an alternative & with windows shut it was silent. If you prefer a window open perhaps ask for a rear or side view room
