A lovely, clean and comfortable BB in a beautiful location and offering great value for money.

− Official check out time was by 10am, which is a little earlier than normal. The family event I was attending did not start until 2pm, so I had more time to fill, which a later check out would have reduced.

8.0Relaxed location. At the top of a hill. Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Fantastic bathroom with shower big enough for two 😉 Great facilities for continental style breakfast. Microwave available to use and a fridge if you need it. Horses as next door neighbours provided intelligent and witty conversation 😉 Amazing how close this is to population centres in Norden and Rochdale, but feels like you're miles in the countryside. A truly lovely place to stay.
− Though there appeared to be a bus service at the end of the drive, it turns out the service was stopped more than 3 years ago. The nearest stop is outdide the Black Dog pub further down the hill.

9.0fantastic hosts, great location the only 2 things as a disabled guest i had an issue with there was no mini fridge in the door for me to pop milk into ( i know there is a kitchen in the main annex but too far for me to walk back and forth with milk) and i could have done with a shower grab rail inside the shower as i found it very slippy. there was no other complaints, the room was beautiful. x
