10.0I was a bad guest and did not reach out the day before and didn’t see the information on checking in. I messaged the host and she was so helpful and showed me such grace! The room was beautiful and immaculate-near everything. Highly recommend!

6.0I wasn’t able to reach the property manager for quite sometime. Their 24hr chat line didn’t work. They hadn’t told us about being able to reach them by WhatsApp. I ended up having to enable my home phone line to call them incurring extra roaming charges.
