Lovely stay with everything we needed for a 2night stay.
8.0Perfect location 10minutes walk into Wells. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet with our room being located at the back of the house. Lovely breakfast with a good selection to choose from. Julie is an excellent host, friendly and ready to offer advice re the surrounding area. Overall a lovely 2 night stay.
− We probably would have liked a bigger room as we don't travel light so our bags took up most of the room .

5.0Owner was helpful, especially when I repeatedly messed her around with regards to my arrival time. Very cheap.
− The mattress needed replacing some years ago. There wasn't really anywhere to sit to eat breakfast. You get what you pay for.
