9.0Great location, easy to find. Beautiful grounds, well kept. Loved watching the horses and ducks/geese. Relaxing and calm environment. Warm welcome from host on arrival. Terrific breakfast with quality ingredients. Felt very at home and would definitely book again if I'm in the area. Great value for money.
− Minor things only - fridge wasn't particularly cold on arrival and spotted a few cobwebs in the beams in ceiling. But not a problem at all and completely understandable given the hot weather and rural setting.
