Great location
7.0Great location and very friendly staff! Super close to a bus stop and subway, very easy access to all tourist attractions. We didn't have any serious issues and any small problems were dealt with immediately. Everything was clean and the room's size was quite comfortable for 3 people. There was a functioning fridge and cleaning service everyday.
− I couldn't sleep the first night because the mattress was really old and sunken to the point that i was falling off the bed. The second night I turned it upside down and it became a bit better. The pillows were really thick and hard, but thankfully I had a travel pillow to sleep on so that wasn't a big deal. The biggest problem was the noise. It was extremely loud pretty much all the time, but especially at night. The apartment is located right above a bar. Impossible to sleep without earplugs, even on weekdays.

10.0The room was very spacious, had a fridge, and featured a private bathroom with hot water. Upon arrival, there were welcome bottles of water waiting for us in the room. The cleanliness was impeccable: they cleaned the room every day, changed the towels, and always provided toiletries. Seon was an amazing host, always very friendly and helpful. When I sent him a message because the pillow was too high for me, he was super responsive and quick to solve the problem. He also gave us useful safety tips about public transport and stored our luggage after check-out. The location is excellent, very close to transport links with a 10-minute connection to the city center. Although the Termini area has a bad reputation, the streets are busy and I always felt completely safe at night. Highly recommended!
− The only minor point is that the room does not have blackout curtains, which might bother those sensitive to light in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us, as we left and came back while it was dark
