7.0Location to river and walks was good. No stairs to climb to get into room. Food was lovely.
− Small room with window overlooking courtyard. Privacy was an issue as has to have blind and window closed during pub hours. We were on a road trip. This was the most expensive overnight we had and felt that The Hero was not as good value as stays at other places on the trip.

7.0room was clean, staff were great (i planned on leaving for the Outlaw Triathlon at 4am, so they made me a breakfast the evening before, to put in the fridge, rather than having to miss out)
