Exceptional value for money.
8.0In all honesty upon arrival at the property I thought what have I done here, but for the value of money it's absolutely spot on even chose to stay another night. The bed and pillow was extremely comfy, The TV in the bedroom was great had all channels and apps so spent my day catching up on shows I've missed. The property seems to be housing people from the council however don't let this put you of its been a charm listening to the conversations and smelling all the cooking that has gone on. You can hear everyone pulling their weight cleaning and hoovering. And after they have all cooked it's silent
− The double glazing could do with being updated to assist in removing the noise from the busy road this may not be noticeable in all rooms. And some better blinds and curtains as they did let the light in at 4.30am

4.0− If you are looking for a place to sleep steer clear of it, walls are thin, other people staying there were very rude and loud until 3 in the morning after asking repeatedly to tone down. The owner did not intervene and they completely ruined our stay.
